Judge Farms Load Board

Tabs run left to right — scroll sideways through them. The front columns stack two tabs each — Driver off/Late start over Rejected containers, Export over Import — then Upcoming, and every tab after that sits level on one fixed line, like the wall. Front tabs take bookings only below their names. Work bookings sit below the days, and adding bookings pushes the stack up instead of moving the names. Drag a slip to move it — on a phone, press and hold briefly, then drag it up, down, left, or right. Tap a booking to edit it. Booking slips are compact and tinted by customer color, and empty spaces are blank outlines. Each zone shows your bookings plus 20 empty spaces past the last one, and more appear as you fill them, so you never run out. Tap Edit tabs to rename, move, or delete tabs — in Edit tabs mode, hold a tab name and drag it left or right, or use the arrows: ← → move one step, ↑ ↓ move the name up or down a step. Use Drivers and Customers to manage those lists. Sign in and the board stays shared between phones. The Billing tab holds completed loads in a folder per customer and prints a whole folder at a time, one sheet per page — after a folder prints and you confirm it all came out, that folder empties itself. Drivers can carry a color swatch, a license plate, and a truck number. Bookings can carry notes, a Load/Empty dropdown (blank, Load, or Empty, shown as an E or L badge on the card), and an Own chassis toggle. A Billing checkbox moves a booking to Billing and clears its Load/Empty state. Location flags always match the tab a booking sits in — Shipper or a GSC yard section — and clear themselves when a booking moves away. History keeps a snapshot of every sync: open History to restore an earlier board or see who changed what. Save board downloads a copy of the board as a file you can keep.
